Homer Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 I was initially quite hopeful, but was disapointed with the final product. It's incredibly unrealistic and has an uneasy balance between a half arsed sim and the previous cartoon like NFS arcade style. The performance of the cars and their HP/mods seems to make little difference to the game, my little 230hp 200sx will easily outperform 950hp cars even on the straights, I mean come on! And if you add mods, the AI just speeds up all the other cars to try and keep the 'racing' on an even keel. Unlike most of the other games out this month, I wouldn't bother with it. robin Posted November 24, 2007 Share Posted November 24, 2007 In my opinion its the worst game of the series. The cars drive like boats and there is no consistency. The 140 hp s14 will keep up with 900 hp cars. One of the main features of the recent nfs series which made them fun was the street element and police chases.
