You have my sympathy. I did my back in back in April, and I'm now back to about 90% of what it was strength wise than before. Watch those painkillers, whilst they mask the pain, they make you feel good as well, and I've just managed my first week without any after spending ages weaning myself off them.

Hope it's nothing too serious, but don't rest up for too long or you'll begin to seize up.

Thanks, I'm hoping that it rights itself quickly as I hate being restricted in any way. After the baby I couldn't excercise for 3 months due to a c-section and it drove me mad. I'm really gutted as I've just got back into the gym and was starting to get somewhere, now I'm going to have to take it easy again. I'm not the pill popping sort but I must admit the pain today brought me close to tears so I was glad of them!
