jaymdee
The remote locking on my Integrale has broken. I've found it appears to be the driver's door system, and I've removed it and the remaining 3 doors lock/unlock with the key fob, but with the drivers connected they try to unlock, and then relock, as the drivers door doesn't do anything. If I use the key, then the C-L works fine. Is the solenoid/motor bust, or is it likely to be the actual remote mechanism fitted to the drivers door? JustGav
Trapped wire perhaps in the door? could have been pinched and as such wouldn't fire the solenoid or send the correct signal. Check the loom that runs from the door grommit to the body.
jaymdee
Not sure. Going back out to see what happens if I swap the passenger door one over (which I think must also be a 5 wire master). I can live with only the drivers door being the master. EDIT: it's not the motor/solenoid, as I just swapped it with the passenger side. definately something wrong with the drivers side electronics/alarm etc - bugger

Correct!!! 2 wires in the door gromet were broken, so crimped on some new wire, fed through the gromet and then reconnected to original wiring. All working. Have also sorted the problem with the headlights not working on full beam this morning, but it's now pi$$ing with rain and I can't finish the job to get car the started to put it in the garage - so it's getting soaked
