Guigsy
people will just fill up the day before anyway. lol prices are silly now. i filled up for the first time at 1.10 a llitre yesterday. i had a heart attack a few weeks ago when it was 1.07! thats 3p in a couple of weeks
tepster
These fuel prices are killing me.. its up to 75c a litre here (38p!) I must be the only person who fills up with a smile on their face... The yanks are fuming about the price but wont do anything about it. (boycot a supplier, strike etc)
R Black
The saudi's have raised the price of fuel to combat the weak dollar, which in turn is weak so as to make American goods, more enticing worldwide
R Black
IMO the real problem is due to an ineffecient govt, wasting tax payers money then billing us for it with 80% fuel tax

WTF? And dont even mention the quality of british roads
Guigsy
i dont think the roads are that bad. most people compare them to american roads. but ive only ever been to florida and california and granted the roads there are very good. but the uk has to put up with hot, cold, rain, dry etc, not just sun
