No cars on the road, and the cars that were on the road only doing 30 on dual carriageways. I had an LPG powered Jag that I refuelled at home. What exactly are people protesting against? When the cost of oil goes up, petrol companies should not put their prices up? Doesn't seem like that would be a sensible way to run a business - and I'm sure you'd all object if the prices didn't drop when the price of oil falls. They know that if the cost rises then it's more tax for them and they therefore couldn't give a monkeys! I feel sorry for people people are low earners as the cost of just going about your business is getting silly! My understanding was they recently put up fuel tax by around 1.32 pence? I thought the price of fuel fluctuated on an almost daily basis and doesn't change that often on the pumps.
