supraman.chris
Before anyone goes nuts, i did do a but with no luck. Should i be worried that it takes a stupendous length of time for my car interior heating to kick in? Car being selfish? I know it's pretty much winter but still?! Cheers. edge
No. Mine seems to be blowing hot air out within 5 mins or so.
fri3ndly
Nope, I leave mine on for 5 minutes before I leave in the mornings, its not until I get on to the motorway that it actually warms right up and the temperature gauge is at mid level! supraman.chris
Yeah? Most of my driving really gets done round short city streets stuck in traffic these days which lead me to thinking surely stuck in traffic may cause my engine to heat up more? Or maybe not. Pete
If your temperature gauge is about a third way up then you should be getting warm to hot air out of your heater matrix.

Yep it gets warmer, but when I get on the motorway (staying at around 3000rpm) is when I really feel the heat and have to turn it to mode 1.......aimed at the feet ofcourse:D ----------------------------------------- @supraman.chris - this is off topic but have you been pulled having your number plate in the windscreen like that? supraman.chris
That it does, however, if there was one thing i don't like with my Supra is the cold start running, high revving, stuttering, etc. Maybe a wee tune up would help? ECK
you sound like you have a problem with the thermostat in the engine its a wee part that stops the flow of coolant to the engine so the coolant has a better chance to get to temprature and giving you heat inside the car my car will usually get to mid temp on the guage in about 2-3 mins from cold start in saying that i keep the supra in a garage so the temp doesnt get as cold as cars parked outside still worth checking tho as it is a simple job and when put right a godsend on the cold mornings alex;)

Sounds like you need a new O2 sensor
