Car would have gone through the building

merckx
That lampost looks far too strong, normally they should deform to protect anyone who wants to smash into one.
Angie
There was some old dear waiting to cross the road - she'd just pressed the button when the BMW 'arrived'. If you look carefully, you can see that she poo'd herself just right there!
Scott
I agree, a new windscreen and some t-cut and it'll be as good as new. In all honesty i don't think its got anything to do with the build quality that he survived. Think it was just plain luck where he hit the pole. Also i don't think he hit it at 150, he was doing 150 when he lost control. Still though he would have been going at some rate. If you look at the last picture you can actually see where he pissed himself. Scott =op
Big Ads
That lampost looks far too strong, normally they should deform to protect anyone who wants to smash into one. It's probably re-enforced to take the weight of the overhanging traffic lights though.
Scott
Thats probably British rules. Aussie rules is always different, just look at the footy. Just a guess but is the 150 possibly 150km/h and not mph? Scott =op
Wez
How do they know it was 150? It was prob half that.
