For the last few months my phone bills have been a little high i usually dont pay attention to them as they are direct debit. I took a look at them wondering why it was a littlle too high. Then i see a £12 charge for other usage. Ring up T-mobile they say its a ring tone company charging you £1.50 eveytime they text you. I never signed up to any company and T-mobile said you can automatically be added to there list when you enter a compertition. Got me thinking and i remember entering a 5th gear compertiton nice to see how they screw you over.

So becareful what you do Dont let these bastards take your money.

Jesus!! What a licence to print money......

Did you tell the service provider that you were not accepting the charges! If not I would tell them to stick their contract up there arse personally!!

H.

It's not his service providers fault.

I've texted in for lots of 5th gear competitions, I don't get them.

Its not the service providers fault, the third party sms companies can do this and always do, even if you dont sign up to it. You need to ring t-mobile again and get the short code to send "STOP" to as a text message, also get their contact phone number and it will be an 0870 number.

Then put the number in on http://www.saynoto0870.com and ring them, most of the time by kicking up a stink and say you never signed to this, you will get a cheque as a full refund.

I used to work for t-mobile.
