Gamer
Up for sale is the PIONEER AVIC-X1R NAVIGATION DVD AV HEAD UNIT that I had installed in my Supra. The unit comes with everything needed including an Ipod connection box that I purchased separately. This unit comes with many options one of the main ones being that it does not have to always have a connection with the satellites in the sky so if for any reason you loose the signal due to cloud cover or tall buildings the unit will continue to guide you until it can acquire the signal again. The unit will play just about any format of DVD or CD that you can throw at it so apart from the SAT nav it is a complete audio/visual unit. The only thing that might be needed is a new front surround as the one I have was modified slightly to fit better with my leather dash board on the Supra. The manufacturers description is as follows: Truly unique, the AVIC-X1R follows the highly successful AVIC-X1, Europe’s first fully integrated audio, video and navigation system. Conveniently sized in a 1-DIN unit, the AVIC-X1R gives users the best of mobile navigation with maximum attention to flexibility, practicality and performance. It is also a high-quality audio/video entertainment system which provides playback of DVD-Video, single CD, MP3 CD and AM/FM radio. Full Dual Zone capability gives the driver access to the navigation system and AM/FM tuner, while rear seat passengers can enjoy entertainment on additional rear screens. Travelling with the AVIC-X1R, users can call on the precise and easy-to-use searching, routing and guidance features. The 2006 CNDV-60MT DVD map disc contains more information than ever - 6.6 million kilometres of European roads, 1.65 million POIs, and 30 highly detailed European city maps. Drivers can select from 5 on-screen navigation modes, including the Driver’s View mode and Split-Screen mode. The Vehicle Dynamics mode has been enhanced with new graphics. The Memory Navi feature, an industry-first, loads routing data directly into the 64 MB memory, freeing the DVD slot for CD/MP3 or DVD-Video playback during navigation. The quick-response touch panel display is not only appreciated for its high visibility and wide-viewing angle, it also controls all on-board navigation and entertainment. With easy-to-operate rotary buttons and aluminium front panel, the AVIC-X1R will blend stylishly and conveniently into practically any car interior Features of the AVIC-X1R include: Key Features: Europe on 1 DVD-ROM disc Advanced search, (re-)routing and guidance functions 5 guidance modes (incl. Sparky
I had one of these in my last car and foolishly sold it to pay for new suspension for the Supra. It most definately one of the best touch screen dvd headunits money can buy, and the screen effects really look the part too!

Sparky
No problem. If i had £450 i would snap it right up as i know how good they are! Mine never worked properly because i dropped the Satnav box and after that it couldn't tell which direction the car was going... Very strange! Gamer
Still available, one person made the asking price offer but has since pulled out. I have had a few offers under my asking price but to be honest I would really prefer the asking price. It is well worth it.
