Blitz Voice Guide Turbo Timer

Are you sure that is a real product? I have never seen or heard of it before, nothing on the Japanese Blitz website either.

 

I'm thinking it is either a Tokyo show demo product or a fake video.

A friend of mine in Japan told me about it earlier this year, and I recently came across this video that reminded me of it. It is a real product, maybe its quite rare?
