It's for my Elise which I bought a couple of months ago. Dear Sir, Vehicle Registration Mark: xxx Our records show you are now the keeper of the above vehicle. Would you please inform us if a licence was transferred to you when you acquired it. If so, would you please let us know the serial number and expiry date of the licence displayed on it. SERIAL NUMBER: EXPIRY DATE: SIGNATURE: I enclose a prepaid envelope for your reply and thank you for your co-operation. -------------- So, WTF are they asking for? Is it the tax disc?
