Burna
Bernard[/i Git Told you the warmer temps would help, think of mine when the frosts start here:( The weight I've lost has made it bit more bearable though. Think you need to buy a hummer to stop you flying at things and causing damage
CJ
Sorry to hear that Colin. Glad your ok though matey. :) BTW: Which hand, left or right. I'd be distraught without my right hand and the internet. I have always said. Accidents during exercise are more deadly than heart diseases itself. I was my right hand Ed, but as I am ambidextrous, I will get by

Around 1.5 stone altogether so far but when you are a fat b*stard, it doesn't look like much

CJ
Sorry to hear about your misfortune old chap. Hope you make a speedy recovery. Thank you my friend. For future reference, you will be pleased to hear the the Greek hospital system (A&E) was superb. Hardly any waiting and very professional. That may change tomorrow when I have to visit their equivalent of the outpatient department.
supra61
LOL, the old tree did take a bit of a bashing. It is surprising how much damage a body that is a tad over 10 stone does when it is hurled at you like an exocet The knees have been great Bernard. I reckon the climate and healthier eating have helped a lot but the real test will come over winter when I cook more at home and the colder weather starts. Come on col a tad over 10 stone Hahaha.hope you are ok and not in pain too long. The lady that ran you down was she a babe or a greek granny??? CJ
Sorry to hear about your crash CJ. Pics of female driver please. I was doing well with her whilst we chatted at the hospital. I got her name, telephone number etc and then her BF turned up so that curtailed that - and the chance of pics!

Supra-Woman
Sorry to hear of your accident, you were very lucky, the road to Kos have many memorials of those that have died, you must have had a guardian angel looking after you, every year there seems to be more and more that arent so lucky.
