turbonut Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Most mesh is thin gauge aluminium and flexesm not to mention perishing relatively quickly, so you would either need a paint that can flex with the metal or a plastic coated type. Halfrauds do a black plastic mesh which is reasonably strong and should repel flying stones.
