supra_surj
Can you get into the menu? What model is it?

Supragal
Is it backed up? If you enter the password wrong a certain number of times won't it reset it totally? Like 15 times or something. That is probably something that can be changed in the security policy on the BES server. Blackberrys are a nightmare, what a PITA!!
Supragal
failing that ring vodaphone or whoever the SP is and ask them to sort it. They will have seen it before, thees devices are so easy to break in weird ways.

edd_t
oh dear you will have fun. right now I think Blackberry in Arabic is: عليق the best pic i can find of an arabic keyboard is this: http://shop.my-symbian.com/include/pictures/1688981/difep-3.jpg I have had a similar problem with one of my blackberry users. but i run a BES system here, so just plugged the blackberry in and re-imaged it. Schtuv
Wrong password 5 or 10 times will reset it to factory (including language) defaults, and then you can re-activate it. If memory serves.
edd_t
Wrong password 5 or 10 times will reset it to factory (including language) defaults, and then you can re-activate it. If memory serves. thats true. but i dont think it counts the amount of times you get Blackberry wrong. Because if you get that wrong it assumes there is a problem with the keyboard rather than someone breaking into to actual handset.
