dangerous brain
OK tony is having a look at my map as we speak. The last map I put on didn't come through from robert properly so that didn't work for me. The 650 cc injector map has to be close to mine except I have a 5 bar sensor. dangerous brain
OK panics over. A knight in shining armour in the guise of Arnout has come to my rescue. He is sending a recovery truck tonight to collect the car. He's then going to do what he can with it to get it ready to return to the uk tomorrow night. What a guy. I hope there is nothing terminal on the car or engine itself as that will just break my bloody heart.
TLicense
Ah nice one. Arnout will sort you out I'm sure. I don't think it will be anything trick, just tricky to sort over the net! LOL I've pretty much sorted that map out if you want I'll send it over.

dangerous brain
Well time to revisit this thread again. Bloody aem's GRRRRRR. I performed a save of the temporary map that dimitri and arnout did and uploaded my old map to see if the car would run (dimitri's map had no provision for boost yet) and lo and behold my pc has managed to dump the saved file. I cannot find it anywhere even the shortcut to it in my recent documents says its gone The map I think tony license sent me is on there now as the one dan did was so corrupted the car wouldn't start. I think the problem with that map was it developed from a shorting problem The ECU wiring was shorting and dragging down the voltage until the alternator gave enough oomph to set the voltage up to 12volts. This would mean that the ecu was sending and receiving low voltages at idle and startup which would account for the map scaling up horrendously at idle and then dropping off before climbing back up. I've solved the voltage issue now.
dangerous brain
OK so this is the map on the car now And here is what was on it before http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=1667165&postcount=34WORKMAPj170mtn.V1.19.zip
