Paul Laing
Hi, I currently have 2 Greddy gauges to go in my Supra, but I want more when I go back to Florida next year. I own a UK Spec with dual airbags, if I go for a 3 gauge holder can I get one to replace the passanger airbag? Is there a way to disconnect it, or will there be an annoying light on the dash then? I think Paul Whiffin sells a 3 gauge holder for the side of the dash but I’d prefer a replacement airbag one. Any help? Paul
RICHARDA
Paul when I replaced my o/e steering wheel the airbag light stayed lit, I took the dash apart and simply pulled the bulb. HTH Rich

Geezabloke
When i replaced my o/e Steering Wheel the kit came with a strap out resistor pack which fools the ECU into thinking that the bag is OK? Dave :flame Dev
merckx
Removing an airbag which could possibly save a life is one thing that I would never do! Infact I would say it's totally irresponsible! Fair enough if you want to kill yourself, but what about your passenger not to mention your family and friends. Total madness!
Graham S
Personally I think airbags do more damage than good, Right, hands up all those that drive with arms over the wheel, i.e right hand at about 11 / 12oclock on the wheel, and should the airbag go off whats the first thing thats gonna hit you in your face - your arm! Passenger one is a different story, but the problems they cause, due to sitting to close / to far etc ain't good. I would rather I didn't have them in mine, plus the steering wheel is ugly and too big!
