What's the longest day you've worked?

Word up as they say, for my brother. Self employed, sound engineer AV guru type chap. Bombs around the UK / Europe constantly, all nighters are the norm living on Red Bull to keep himself awake, red wine to get himself unconcious. Young baby, no time at home, he just cant stop. Hes crossed the line between earning a living and living to work, and I'm very worried about him.
