LOL 1.5 miles in 9 minutes is my best..... but really blowing it out of my arse at that speed, think its about 16kph (10mph). H you should be about 13.5 stone-ish. I am trying not put things in my trouser pockets as they have now become too tight! I am now so fat, I have my own post code!! OR I am now so fat, I have to put my belt on with a boomerang! Re-build my top half and lose my fat arse..... I was going to go back to the JJB but I hate giving money to Dave Wheelan and the place is also full of meat heads! How much is the membership Gaz? H. It is one of the steepest gyms at a knats knacker under 40 quid but you cant argue with the facilities. Bloody hell Gaz, I can get two or three takeaways for that..... I need to do something, but it would be nice to have a training partner for the weights as going on your own can be a bit soul destroying! H.
