Matt H Posted October 31, 2007 Share Posted October 31, 2007 I Work with the guy that headed the research report into the effect of raising the speed limit in england on the motorways for TfL.......(remember the whole 79mph limit stories?) his findings were that the speed limit should not be raised......................................................
