Rogue
Yep Mark (MrHanky) is outside as I type this, washing his car, in the dark, wearing a head torch! I have serious concerns about him at times!
juanchan
My car needs a serious clean and that option did run through my head at one point. The beer in the fridge also needed drinking, so the car lost on that evening!

I was tempted too, as the weather should be nice for the next few days, but I may pop out from work tomorrow and go to the local jet wash instead. I've got next week off work so I might wash n polish her then. The only thing is I'll have 250 miles to drive back to Southampton, so it'll be filthy by the time I get home! michael
I bought some 1000w site lights so I can do the same, I can't wait to see the neighbours faces when I set those up and cover the garden in snow foam.

MrHanky
Job done Although we will have to wait and see how good a job it was. Plus I can pretty much guarentee that next doors cat will probably walk on the bonnet over night. Will just mean that I have to wash the bonnet in the morning I was thinking about those sort of lights whilst I was out there Michael. The head torch just wasn't very good. I was better off setting off next doors security light every 30 seconds
SBDJ
I did mine in the dark one evening last week, was pleasently suprised the next morning to find it was actually shiny and I hadn't missed any bits. Neighbours were definately having a good laugh though

dangerous brain
I washed mine once when it was sooo cold the water froze onto the car and turned the road into an ice rink. Spent hours putting sand and salt down on the road to avert potential disaster.
