Supragal
I'm confused. I thought there was silver and gunmetal. Didn't know about a quicksilver, what did I miss? Was it a facelift thing?
turbonut
Both are cool shades to have though personally I think that the gunmetal just tips the scales, more unusual too Lx
Guigsy
as far as i know guicksilver is least common. and was only available on facelift cars. A lot of people get it confused with gunmetal (i did!) in some lights it can look almost gunmetal. in others its almost silver with a hint of blue. Depends if you have blue or overcast sky

I think the darker shade looks good, Miami's (Nick's) old single supra was that shade - I think Besides, any shade is good, as long as its not pink Lx
ivan
I think that the gunmetal just tips the scales, more unusual too LxNot for '98 cars I think Linda. Almost everyone I hear about with a '98 VVTi seems to be Gunmetal.

nigelc
Quicksilver is the best colour Got to agree, truly an awesome colour on the Supe. Looks gunmetal on a dark day or at night, but on a sunny day the speckle in the paint is just awesome. Tom Draper took these pics of my old Quicksilver on a truly awful day
supraguye
Guys, Just came from looking at the colors below at the paintshop Gunmetal (6N0) QuickSilver (1B9) Bronze 'MSB', 'Dark Brown Gray Mica Metallic' (1A1) honestly, I was was very impressed by the 1a1, but I am not pleased by the fact that it appears brown at times. Right now, I'm leaning towards the quicksilver though; It looks wicked against the gold rims Have at least a week to ponder over it as that is when the car goes into the shop
JimC
quicksilver and royal sapphire are best colours...IMO I think quicksilver was a facelift colour or maybe even a VVti colour???? Please correct me if im wrong guys???
Soonto_HAS_soop
Gunmetal is actually a Green - Green Mica Metallic. Just as Quicksilver goes gold in certain lights, Green Mica goes green...
