How to remove top passenger glovebox?

I've searched, but couldn't find an answer.

 

I'm trying to remove the top glovebox. I've removed 2 covered screws on the inside roof of it, but it still won't budge? I couldn't see any other fastenings. Have I missed some, or are these things glued in?

You need to take the lower glove box out first as there are a couple of bolts which hold the bottom of the upper glove box in place.

I've taken the bottom one off. I've looked for the extra bolts: there's a silver metal bar running along the bottom of the top glovebox. That had 2 bolts and 3 screws which I removed, but it still won't budge. Any ideas?

Give it a gentle tap from underneath. There's a strip of bonding holding it down. If you've undone the screws thats all thats holding it in.

once u remvoed the 2 bolts from the top parts, take drop the lower glove box removing 4 bolts, on the metal strip remove the the ones from the far end on each side then pull it out if it dont come hit it from underneath.
