Thorin
The Toyota FT-HS will probably be out in 2009 in some form.

FININHO
GTR @ tv show http://www.dpccars.com/car-videos/10-25-07page-New-Nissan-GT-R-on-a-Japanese-TV-show.htm
AJI
I hate the look of that thing. Looks like a glorified 350Z with extra angles and big wheels. The front 'grill' looks crap and the headlights are those silly stretch up the bonnet type that don't suit performance cars. Not a fan at all. hoff
Got to like the rear though, surely. Still not as nice a supras but nice all the same.

Alex
Could the new skyline prompt toyota to make new sports cars? Errr they are!? LF-A FT-HS
hoff
But are they not out till 2009? Edit: I see your point though, they are making another sports car.
Snooze
Is the GTR just a 2-seater now, then? Eurgh. If I want an impractical, fun car, I'll buy a Caterham, thanks!
lexsum
Errr they are!? LF-A FT-HS yip - we'll see if these concepts make it - my money is on not.
Alex
yip - we'll see if these concepts make it - my money is on not. The LF-A has been lapping the 'Ring for months...it exists. The FT-HS is not so certain. but I'd be amazed in the current climate if it doesn't spawn something. Toyota have invested so much in F1 that they have to have sporting vehicles to back it up. colsoop
They will probably do what they did against nissans 300 zx by seeing what the new skyline can do then build something that is better
4leks
I'm not sure about the design but I still desperately want to try one! They have decleared that it is at least matching 997 Turbo's time on the Ring (maybe even quicker) and handles even better. 480 bhp @ 588 Nm torgue with 4wd and just £55k for brand new one in Japan, so should be around £30k in couple of years it is shame that it is gonna be much more expensive here (as usual)
Chiefgroover
Autocar says that Nissan claimed "two front seat passengers could converse crusing @ 188mph without raising their voice". Have Nissan learned to contol the tyre & wind noise in their vehicles at last?
Bobbeh
No doubt its a technical tour de force as the R34 was back in the day, its not a looker though!
