xeno
My speedo and odo is still in Km and I would like to change it to Miles. I found a guide on the forum that referrs to a unit from THOR Racing. http://thor-racing.co.uk/DSC+TSD_Combined-DSC+TSD.asp Also this unit cropped up in the search... http://www.ncs-systems.com/details.php?pID=1213 One problem is that I don't know if the car is already delimited. My guess would be that it is. Is there a way to tell apart from driving at like 150 Mph? Any ideas? Cheers.
Jake
Drive at 113mph. If you have a J-spec Supra (you didn't say) they were restricted to 180kmh, not 150mph
xeno
Ooops. Yeh, it's a j-spec. It reads 180kmh on the clock. I dunno where I got 150 from. So driving fast is the only way to know for sure? I've only had the car 2 days, so still finding my feet with what's what. There is a fuel ignition timing computer fitted, but to be honest I'm not at all sure what it does, other than what it says on the tin. Would it be possible this could also delimit the car? Thanks for any help.

Well if you don't want to drive fast I don't suppose it matters whether it's limited, does it? It's unlikely TBH. Tells us what it is specifically and we'll tell you.
xeno
Driving fast it is then. Just need to find a secluded straight nearby. The main reason I would like to know is because the speedo converters also include delimiters. If I am already delimited I can get just the conversion unit. If I were to get the combined unit surely the wiring would be confusing if the car is already delimited? The fuel ignition timing computer is a HKS F-Con V. From what I've read nobody really touches these in this country. The car was imported 2 years ago, it's a 6speed TT, with blitz boost controller. Defi guages and link unit.(Boost, water, oil). Also a blitz Turbo timer. Regards.
