Stanley knife.! :D

or

move the clips, get some grippers and twist the pipes until they brake loose. Its all on quite tight so a bit of force is required.

I keep meaning to do mine but need to find something to block the hoses off with. What are you going to use??

I am just removing it to put another one on, to check its works for someone else on the BBS, they need all the hoses, so the Stanley knife option is out. I will be using rubber blanks, when it stays off.

When I watch the garage fit mine they used a silicon lubricant spray to help get the hoses off/on. They used a flated headed screw driver to lever one edge of the hose open a little, then sprayed some of the lubricant in.

As Barry says, use some pliers to twist the pipe and break the seal first. If still stiff you can use an appropriate size spanner to push the pipe off.
