Spoony
part 1 http://www.myvideo.de/watch/2597479 part 2 http://www.myvideo.de/watch/2597535 D-Max is like your "top gear" tv show. one of our german forums drivers asked them if they would like to compare the old supra against todays sportscars. its in german, if you have any questions, ask me enjoy it ;-)
AndrewOW
Bugger. I'll have to wait until I get home, as I can't view these on my old Mac here at work. Should I dare ask, how they got on??
letmeshowyou
that's cool. What sort of spec was the supra? They talk about it being 360PS is that right? Just noticed - it's an aerotop too?
Spoony
360hp it has just a boostcontroller and a catback he is going with 1.4 bar in a eu spec supra
tbourner
1.4 bar with cats in!!!
Spoony
one of the cats is removed, i guess. you pay a lot of money in germany if you play with the cats. telling something like that is not so popular in tv

Bobbeh
he never drove on a racetrack, schmitz is a professional racing driver. I know mate, she came past me at the Ring a few times didnt know the guy was a newbie on the track tho, which kinda explains the differences, shame they didnt get Sabine in the Supra for a driving experience comment. mwilkinson
For a car (Supra) which many people slate for its track abilities (Lets forget about the spin!!) I was very impressed with the way the Supra performed. A lot better than I thought.

Rayman
Great vids, she was obviously the better driver, them big wheels cant have helped the supra handling wise, i may be wrong tho.
Sean1933
IS that evo an FQ400? The carbon spoiler makes me think so...if so then the supra did very well!
bodilx6
Evo is not a FQ-400 me thinks. Doesnt the 400 have the funny diffusers on the roof? I also seemed to hear Sabine saying it only had 280bhp.
Suprasteve
that ain't no FQ400 It would have eaten the supra alive off the start - 0-60 in about 3.6 seconds !!! let alone round the track with a professional racing driver vs. a newbie.
