Sean1933
Right, im in the process of doin my single conversion and this has been bothering me for a while. Im sure the answer is simple and i will feel silly heyho! I know how to plug the water return connectors, worst case i can just join them together with a bit of waterpipe (im going to tap them though). But how do you block the water feed lines/nipples, one comes straight out the pump and the other is right by where the heater matrix pipe connects......HELP! Kev.O
I used some of the existing tube and put a large bolt in the end with a clip to make sure it was secured.
RobSheffield
IIRC most how to's suggest to put a tight fitting bolt up inside and then put a jubilee clip over that. Alternatively a proper 'bung' would work
dangerous brain
I have two bungs knocking around that I took off when I changed to a water cooled tubby. I have no idea where they are but they looked like a standardish bit of kit that could be purchased at most motor factors.

Sean1933
Thanks for the comments. I knew that i could just block with a big bolt...but i thought there would be a professional way to do it. I was thinking along the lines of Brian's 'plugs'...anyone know what they look like and where to get them?
dangerous brain
If I get time/remember I will see if I can find them.

Kev.O
IIRC most how to's suggest to put a tight fitting bolt up inside and then put a jubilee clip over that. Alternatively a proper 'bung' would work Just for future reference, I done the above (look at my picture) and it still leaked as the water was running down the thread of the bolt. In the end I used a coach bolt which never had any thread towards the top of the bolt.
Kirk
You could use loctite on the bolt and jam it in but it doesn't always work or just simply grind the threads off the bolt and seal it in
