You lucky bugger...

 

All you got to do is get your ppl, then apply for a commercial pilot training scheme, pay £60,000 (which is half the training cost other half supplied by company) then get a million hours experience and then you can fly Jumbo's :D

Don't you need a conversion course now if you do the FAA american PPL? I also tinker around a bit on helicopters. If you plan on joining the RAF as a helo pilot be prepared to rough it a bit as we play around in fields often behind enemy lines. According to most of our aircrew flying chinooks is as rewarding as fast jets but they would say that wouldn't they.

Thats the last one I fixed having a little play around.

is that all wow!!

 

Considering that you will gain around 80k/year as a 1st officer or 100k/year as a captain (Ryanair quotes) - I would say you will pay it off very quick :)
