dangerous brain Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 Don't you need a conversion course now if you do the FAA american PPL? I also tinker around a bit on helicopters. If you plan on joining the RAF as a helo pilot be prepared to rough it a bit as we play around in fields often behind enemy lines. According to most of our aircrew flying chinooks is as rewarding as fast jets but they would say that wouldn't they. Thats the last one I fixed having a little play around.
