Suup
How to loosen this bolt: http://www.j-spec.nl/gallery/supra/171007_2jzge_demontage/11.jpg Is it clockwise or counterclockwise? Wrecked a couple wrenches and sockets, still stuck.... Open options: -Warming the bold -Using MASSIVE air tool (And yes, i will not mess up the timing......) Ian C
It's a normal thread so counterclockwise to undo it. Big airgun yes, heat is a definite NO, as the heat wrecks the rubberised part of the pulley. Do a search on "Crank pulley bolt" and you should get some hits on how other people have managed it. Scaffold pole, starter motor trick etc etc. -Ian
markssupra
I made a tool for locking the crank pulley, it was so much easier.
