The Supra ONLY NIGHT After Xmas / New Year Party night at the Legendary Ace Cafe Take 2.

Well known all over the country for it's famous car & bike meets :

 

Tuesday 22nd January 2008 from 6pm-11pm

 

OK I have organised a SUPRA ONLY NIGHT at the Ace cafe for 50 spaces in Main carpark section & also plenty of parking spaces outside venue too.

DJ for the night will be the one & only club member Jezz coming down to supply us with all the latest & up to date sounds

 

 

Looking once again to gather hopefully 50 supra's to join in on this all night Supra only event from 6pm - 11pm.

 

Also Claire the Ace Cafe event organizer will be handing out prizes for the best modified supra of the night / nicest engine bay & a show & shine competition as well which will be presented at around 9 PM

Just had confirmation from Chris Rees Jap Performance Mag editor this morning that they will be doing full coverage for this event for there magazine & Also giving a 12 month Subscription of the magazine for the best car of the night too

The Ace Cafe also offers a fully licenced bar & restaurant to cover all your hungry & thirsty needs to with indoor seating for up to 100 people I reckon too

Ace Corner is the junction of Beresford Avenue and the old North Circular Road, this runs parallel with the New Circular Road, between the A40 and the A404 (Harrow Road).

Once I received all registrations I will give Clair at Ace cafe a copy of the full name & reg list so that there staff can control the cars listed entry to main carpark.

THIS WILL BE AVAILIBLE UP TO 8.00 PM SO THAT IT GIVES EVERYONE LISTED CHANCE TO GET THERE IN TIME !!!!!

After 8.00 PM the car park will be left open for any others SUPRA's to fill up untaken spaces just in case a few could not make it on a first come first serve basis.

 

 

Will be sorting out events for the night to fit in with you all closer to the time & will be looking forward to seeing you all at this great night out !!

As most of you know there are 50 spaces for parking available within side the Ace Cafe main car park. So don't delay in adding your names down.

There is also spaces right outside that will take over 150 cars +

For all that don't make main car park entry to still come along.
