marbleapple
HI All. Saw this Supra on eBay from a seller with 0 feedback claiming to be from London. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1993-TOYOTA-SUPRA-YELLOW_W0QQitemZ120173625762QQihZ002QQcategoryZ18290QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Just to warn you all that the car it is actually from Torque of Keighley (Leeds) and since Torque are still selling it, i'm guessing the listing is an attempt at fraud. http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/cars_popup.jsp?did=47614&pageid=2&originalid=&gid=nogroup&tid=2&start=2&distance=0&adcategory=cars&channel=DEALERPAGE&id=200742296989420

DannyB
Good heads up there mate, but most people on here no NOT to get anythig from Keighley, be it this garage, or the other one!
FININHO
when i chek that the car don't have the VIN number they tell me: oh no problem we can make the numbers. LOLOLOL i don't know haw they registrate the car in UK without the VIN nº. apart from that my R33 was 100 % legal and they also get me the original papers from japan that i certificate and was legal. DannyB
Thats good to know... aslog as they didnt "make" them too!! Im sure they do churn out some good cars aswell! But thats just crazy "making" there own numbers! Christ thats scary!!
Dazzi
that bumper doesn't look a good fit or its had a knock under the drivers headlight
marbleapple
The kit doesn't fit 100%. It is also very ugly up close. They also have a silver one for about 5k... the bodykit looks to be falling off. I'm no expert but I don't think you should be able to put your hand between the car and the kit. The black one they have £6k looks stunning though... totally different ball game. Kit fits nice and it looks mean as hell. fishman
its a shame why people have to do this on ebay , its stupid how it also says its a 'manual 6 speed' and then it says its an auto
DannyB
Yeah i hate it when people do that aswell! Just to get somebody to look at it!
Dazzi
talkin of their cars... can you spot something? http://atsearch.autotrader.co.uk/www/cars_popup.jsp?did=47614&pageid=2&originalid=&gid=nogroup&tid=2&start=9&distance=0&adcategory=cars&channel=DEALERPAGE&id=200741296417286
FININHO
they have nice cars there. they let you test drive with no problem and you can check up the car like the way you want , so if you have some experience in buy used cars you make great deals on there. the beter you make is test drive the car in one day , pick up some details ( registration number ) etc etc and then check up if the car was stolen in japan or someting like that. by the way in the buisness that i made with that supra was for 8k £
marbleapple
talkin of their cars... can you spot something? Give us a clue they have nice cars there. then check up if the car was stolen in japan or someting like that. Just for my own knowledge, does it matter if the car was stolen in japan? Does this have any effect over on this side of the pond?
