Bob
There is only one wastegate & wastegate actuator on the TT system, the others are for pre-spooling and other gubbins. The solenoid controls the boost by controlling the wastegate, so the connection will be the same as if you had it in sequential mode.
amigo5
but doesn't that in the squential system first open then the other (of course) and the solenoid will conrol only i think one actuator in TTC mod both turbos and actuators will act at the same time
Bob
The wastegate is what controls the boost, the others are merely for pre-spooling and stuff. If your car is in TTC then the pre-spooling bits will be permanently open/closed (whichever) anyway, hence no reason to attach the solenoid to them. Sooooooo, attach it to only the wastegate actuator in order to control the boost.

Bob
There's an article on mkiv.com: http://mkiv.com/techarticles/avc-r/install/index.html It's for the AVC-R, but the solenoid plumbing is virtually the same.
