Woohoo! And quick query re: door alignment

Guys,

 

FINALLY I have my Supra back. she's looking (and sounding) lovely.

 

However have a slight problem - the driver's door has been off, and now that everything's back together I think the alignment may be ever so slightly out.

 

It's not noticable to look at, but if you let the door shut under it's own weight it will bounce of the latch unless you shut it firmly - never did that before.

 

Also get a bit of wind noise at the top of the window which never used to happen.

 

Is this an easy adjustment?
