lockys96
The Phoenix made 430hp fly at 1.0bar boost and 505.8hp fly at 1.4bar boost. 430hp at the wheels there is more to come, but the 1000cc injectors were maxed out at 86% and we didnt want to raise the fuel pressure too much due to what appears a small leak. going to get here set up for 1.6bar, and leave it at that for now some things to do over the winter months, including braided fuel lines better brakes all round trd engine mounts and torque mount race harnesses reverse scoop for boot fire extinguuuuusssserrrrrssss light panels and more. might change the turbo after a couple of months for a gt35r on trust t67. Many thanks to ryan at 2bartuning today, for mapping the car on the dyno, and experiencing it on the road the car drives like stock, except for the clutch, which is all down to good mapping, never thought 2.2 stroker, 1000cc injectors and 3bar fuel pressure would run so smooth The car is in for a full service and hks cambelt at 3s service centre over the next weeks, the lads have done wonders to the car since in there hands, while ill at the sema show in vegas.... cant wait to pick it up!!!!! although this weather is kind of pants updated pics: http://aycu36.webshots.com/image/31715/2004586486850959018_rs.jpg http://aycu09.webshots.com/image/31648/2004548607485745715_rs.jpg http://aycu31.webshots.com/image/31310/2004542908231024934_rs.jpg http://aycu02.webshots.com/image/32681/2004544029959730034_rs.jpg http://aycu26.webshots.com/image/30265/2004507164615423107_rs.jpg http://aycu04.webshots.com/image/29243/2004569423369926945_rs.jpg http://aycu31.webshots.com/image/28670/2004542727314258663_rs.jpg dyno vid: http://media.putfile.com/phoenix-power-run http://media.putfile.com/phoenix-power-run2

Ryan.G
Lovely car And was very happy with the figures and the way it was finished Bit better than the 430bhp it made at 1.7bar when it first came over Ryan

Chris Wilson
How are you handling the intercooling, if you don't mind me asking?
Ryan.G
The intercooler is in the boot, works via the air being drawed out the back. Works very very well
Jake
You're saying it has 1000cc injectors running at 3Bar fuel pressure? And they were at 86% duty? Something doesn't add up there.
Ryan.G
1000 / 86% = 860bhp on a 6cyl 860 / 6 x 4 = 573bhp on 4 cyl TBh i exspect they are 880cc injectors though as not sure i have ever seen 1000c drop in side feed injector but can get 880cc 880 / 86% = 756 on a 6cyl 756 / 6 x 4 = 504bhp on 4 cyl Ryan

Jake
Ah yes, I was forgetting it doesn't have a full compliment of cylinders. Nothing to see here. Move along.
