ukApache
i've done a search on this but none of the methods talked about work for me I put a new bosch silver battery in about 1 month ago, used it a bit then left it unused for about 2 weeks, try to start and nothing (after that amount of time i sort of expected that). I went to charge it with a CTEK trickle charger but it wouldn't charge...it only had 0.3V left in it!!! What could have drained it that much & how can I check?? DannoSupra
You need to take off your earth... set a multimeter to amps, and put black lead on battery and red on the negative clamp (doesnt matter which order).. then you need to close your doors, lock the car, wait 10-15 min, and see what the reading is... make sure you dont let the leads come off the battery and clamp.. normal drain is around 200-300mA i think... mine is around 380mA BUT my batt is nakerd Drop us a PM if your stuck
