Gamer
Mark, I belive the reason you do not see an AGP slot is that it uses PCI Express. Most new video cards come in that format now instead of using AGP.

paulfurn
Was going to go for one, but £49 for delivery is ridiculous.
michael
Was going to go for one, but £49 for delivery is ridiculous. Seems reasonable enough for a heavy item to be sent by courier from Ireland but you can't please everyone
paulfurn
Sorrry mate, didnt mean to sound ungrateful. And I didnt realise it was coming from Ireland. Was a bit surprised as it only cost me £15 to get a front bumper delivered from Scotland.... but then I guess this is a (heavier) server!
michael
LOL, I'm only jesting, to be honest the postage cost puts me off too but it's a bargain even with the VAT and the delivery. I just know I'd start chucking loads of RAM at it, more disks, another processor etc and by the time I'd finished I'd be in a huge debt and have yet another machine gathering dust while I continue to use outdated laptops because it's easier

michael
This one is back again: http://rhyoffit.notlong.com/ Cheapest unit is £173.90 including shipping (and VAT on both!) Sub-total £99.00 17.50 % £116.33 Total Delivery Charg e £49.00 17.50 % £57.58 Total Price £148.00 17.50 % £173.90 This is for a Celeron 2.53, 256MB RAM, 48XCDROM, 80GB hard drive. No network card, no mouse, no keyboard, no monitor, no operating system, etc so perhaps not the bargain it apears unless you really want a server to add additional bits on to.
