Problem is the pipe is attracting the bobbies (police) all the time. I'm no expert in exhausts. I have emailed lots of specialists with virtually no replies. Basically I'd like something with a mild roar so not to scare the old ladies, and prevent paying 30 pound fines. can anyone recommend something? I used to have a prelude with 4 exhausts and the police hated that.. got pulled about 9 times a day untill I went in and complained but they never actually fined me! Guest paul christie Posted October 12, 2007 Share Posted October 12, 2007 The cat is out and its special pipe id say 100mm from the manifold to the back box which is huge and ugly, its about 5" bore coming out the pipe. I was considering putting a cat in just to quieten it down, will it still perform ok? there are two sensors on the pipe, not sure what they are for.
