Chris Wilson
Video no longer seems to be there, I see he's still running a novice cross, so he's pretty inexperienced. The MSA don't like novices writing too many cars off....
ivan
I stand corrected Have never done a track day but my first one is coming up 2 weeks today. Same circuit too so I hope Norris isn't there *grin* Castle Combe for a first track day? Brave man Expect to be wondering exactly where you are on track, and use the cones they'll no doubt put out to find the turn in points, or I guarantee you'll be turning in miles too soon. Nasty place to have a big off, take care!! Cheers Chris Will no doubt be taking it easy, if only for the sake of my non built engine! You'll be fine. Just remember it's not a race. Combe was my first trackday too. Japfest '05 - anyone remember the weather that year? (hint, most of the tents blew over and everyone got soaked)

Wez
The thought the swapping between the red motor and norris made great viewing, certainly entertaining. That brake failure didnt look nice though.
bluecoup
paying 1000 to the poor pug driver, how very generous, chip in for something heavy for next race and take him out, see how he enjoys it,
Gazboy
why? Works fine in GT racing, look at the British GT or even Le Mans where you have 2 classes of road cars and prototypes that make them look like they are standing still. The only difference is that they are all bloody good drivers and wouldnt make a school boy error like that. There is up to 4 different classes in GT's, LMP1's LMP2's, GT1 and GT2. The difference between the fastest prototype and the slowest GT2 is nothing like the difference between a 600bhp Evo and a 130hp 106. Hammond getting swiped by a Mosler in a 320d shows that wide performance disparities do not work.
