To all single drivers! What manifold do you have installed?

Due to all the fuss in my other tread (http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=121779) I desitet to start this tread!

 

Would be grat if you could wright what you got, up´d N´down´s, good or bad thing´s regarding it!

 

Please can a mod turn this into a poll.

XS Power. It's been on for acout 9 months and done 7000 miles.

 

Fitment was not great and the mouinting for the wastegate was wrong causing the wastegate to hit the block.

 

Following Ryan and Gaz's threads I would not recommend using one.

 

If I were buying new it'd be a heat coated BL.

Got the a XS power manifold going on in Nov..

Its been machined to be usable according to Jezz and im bringing it with me tomorrow as im hoping some of the more technical bods will have a quick look at it;)

xs power manifold mods completed by self were

 

Re-drilled bottom mounting holes to give better clearance

Cut into two sections and re-skim facing due to it being distorted from new.

weld on some supporting braces as cracks started to appear on welds along n01 and n06 tubes.

quite happy with it now

Induction Motorsport cast manifold, have an Arnout manifold waiting to go on though

PHR cast manifold. Haven't driven the car much but no issues with it so far. Fit was fine although it's not the prettiest manifold you've ever seen. Good for quick spool

BL, 3 years 4 months, 12,000 miles, heat wrapped and no issues

HKS, excellent fit etc.

 

Had SP, where the pipes joined the head plate they were too wide to get bolts to tighten up properly. HKS worth the extra dough.
