Guest tropepef
I am ready to purchase my Turbo upgrade kit. I have researched many of the kits out there but I have not received any help from people that have installed these kits. I have heard that the Power House Racing Stage 2 kits is good. Then someone said that the Boostwerx fit better... The another person said that the turbonectics was a good kit...Then someone else said go to Dave H....There are just so many options....PLEASE HELP....Also I need to know of a good clutch to uprade to so that the car can handle the extra power....Also what else do you guys think I need to upgrade so that my supra doesnt konk out after a few months of driving...Thanks guys...Looking foward to your answers... Steve
I would look at the Boostlogic kits. They have proven to be reliable.
Missile
I agree with Adzn2k. I own a N/A and always wanted to go N/A T. But the reliability is not great, Plus when you take them to a garage they look at the engine and get confused. TT swap or continue to enjoy the reliability of your N/A :) That only my opinion. Because there are so great manifolds out there of the N/A Turbo conversion. Do xs power do one ?

StuartW
I have sucesfully converted a xs power manifold and various parts to create my amazing n/a-t. Some fabricating was involved and a few head scratchers...but i did it and my car has NO lag and spools up at an amazing 1800RPM full boost at 2200RPM The driveability is gobsmacking Not got roller confirmation yet as gearbox shat but i would say its twice as quick as my previous 380RWHP tt6!! kNIGHTRIDER

StuartW
What turbocharger have you got? Garret Hybrid T04E with T3 mount dual ball bearing..the trick is to use a 1.1/2 manifold piping with manifold divided flange, my pipework goes out of turbo cold 2"-2 1/2"-3" seems to work very well I used a turbo calculator to work it all out myself. Knightrider I also got twin turbo pistons with TT head gasket using non turbo head with TT valves..just messing with valve timing today. Should have figures next week as just bought HKS triple clutch:D
