Banned driver gets banned...

If he can physically get into a car there is clearly no legal sanction that will stop him....cut his arms and legs off; like to see him drive then!

 

If he hit my Supra that would be what was coming to him! :bang:

 

Some homeless bloke hit my Celica and I failed to understand why he couldn't sell a kidney to pay for the damage; no license, no insurance & he got away scot free.

Personally, if he crashes his uninsured, and probably un-mot'd, vehicle into a wall and removes himself from this world then it's no loss. Problem is it's the innocent victim(s) he crashes into, the same victim(s) that cannot claim against his non-existent insurance.

same thing happend to me someone smashed into my car without insurance hit and run. it went to crown court last year and all he got was another ban and had to pay me 400 pounds yet the car was insured 3rd party and was worth more than 400 pounds, what bastar*s are the court they should of made him pay all my money back

Fined a whole £100 for no insurance??? well I dont know about you guys but if thats all I'm going to get fined then I'm not insuring my car next year!!!!!!!
