Its an aftermarket fuel pump, and the only ID on it is 'Unisia Jecs' I have found some references to that brand name to do with Nissan Skylines, i believe its an aftermarket electronics company. http://amagawa.hp.infoseek.co.jp/02-NISMO/02NISMO-R32-1.jpg I have no idea how old it is/how many miles its done, but the car has done 46,000 miles, it was on my BPU car since it was imported.
