JustGav
I really like the classic simplistic look with that... The problem with cars these days I find, is you spend 10 minutes trying to work out if it is an Audi, BMW, Merc or whatever because they all have the windtunnel jelly mould look, and all in the same places. Ian C
There is an F40 in there but I read the sheer amount of servicing work it's had in it's 5000 mile life

Chris Wilson
I sold my Renault 5 Turbo 2 to the middle east buyer at Coys. They have some tasty stuff through their showroom, and auctions. The guy who bought it off me owned it from new for a few years, his dad, a diplomat in London, bought it him for his eighteenth birthday. He also owned a 300SL Gullwing and the same model coupe, and he looked under 32...At the time they had a Ferrari 330GTC in that I was offered in lovely nick for 1200 quid in 1980. They had it up at about 45K.

That'd go down as one of those 'in hindsight' moments then.

Pete
Who in their right mind would pay £5k for a Mini Moke?! http://www.coys.co.uk/auctions/lot.php?auction=63&id=47248
Jake
I had a nasty accident in one of those VW Varients once. I was banger racing it and was hit up the rear. The bent body work jammed the throttle linkage wide open and I didn't make it round the next bend. twas quite scary at the time.
Chris Wilson
Went for under 24K UK pounds, cost over 100K to build. was possibly the nicest road going special I have seen for years.

tbourner
IIRC it was some old wooden thing that looked like it was designed in 1964, that some fool had put up for sale for 2.7 billion pounds. I'm still not sure if Chris was being sarcastic or not.
