RobSheffield Posted September 25, 2007 Share Posted September 25, 2007 Be gentle when removing the locking ring, and the hanger from the tank aperture (dont want to break any of the senders) removal of old pump takes minutes, soldering and heatshrinking (need to use fuel proof heatshrink)connections takes minutes (unless you cant solder) then refit to the hanger and refit hanger to the car. Very handy having a gas one, gets nice and hot too so you don't have to hang upside down in the footwell for ages trying to solder things to the ECU loom for example.
