Poor Kitteh

Well we were going to be picking up our new kitten this weekend, but unfortunately...

He's had x-rays and nothing is broken, just sprained his leg/paw, somehow! He's got to have the bandages on for 10 days and the breeder doesn't want to let him go until he's 100%. Which is good, but means we have to wait another couple of weeks to get him. :(

No idea what he did, the woman just came into the living room and noticed him holding his paw up in the air, and it was a bit swollen the next day. The bandages didn't slow him down any, he was still running around and batting at toys with both paws.

He's been back to the vets today for a check-up (4 days after the bandages were put on), and there's no swelling any more but he's recommended to leave the bandages on for another 10 days.

I was looking at getting one and I read that they shouldn't be let out because they won't come back, will kill everything and will get stolen.

Not the case in the real world then?

Well i have had Thorn for 10 years, we kept him in the house for about 3 years then decided to let him out, to be honest he is more like a dog to own in that if you call him he always comes running and hes very affectionate and loyal, i worry about him being stolen though:(
