It was some heat insulation for laminate flooring that i have left over it has a rubber lower face with an aluminised heat barrier. I just glued it in to place. Edit. James Hi James I don't have any info im afraid. it is just the stuff that came with some laminate flooring, B&Q or similar will have it i expect.
