If I didn't drive mine in the winter, I'd never get to drive it. It's been in the frickin garage getting fixed for the last two summers

Hi. I'm looking for my first supra. just want to ask. are they THAT crazy that a lot of drivers are scared to drive them in wet/snow conditions. i've currently got a RWD car. and i understand that you can't drive fast in the snow. but are supra's so powerful that you cant drive it softly/carefuly. thanks in advance

 

6th year this year driving in the winter, and to answer your question, this lot are just a bunch of wet girls, trust me there is nothing hardcore about driving your Supra in the winter......like you say, its RWD, just take it easy and steady.....

 

I think this lot think their car's are made of Japanese butter that might melt if it even see's a molecule of salt......

 

I can understand changing your wheels if you have polished/chromed lips etc, but sticking the car in for the winter......I have never understood this baby sitting concept......

Do any of the winter users bother chaning to winter tyres or are good summer tyres with loads of tread acceptable ?

Well said suprarash. I use mine in all weathers (apart from snow). Just drive to the conditions - TBH i quite enjoy the winter as i can break traction without any issues
