Since then the car has been cutting if regularly when it is cold. Could some one tell me what to do PLEASE. stevie_b Posted September 21, 2007 Share Posted September 21, 2007 I would change the distributor cap, and the HT leads. (if it's an NA) Or, you could park up with the engine bay in a dark garage. Open the bonnet and start her up. Watch for small sparks flying about. If you get lots of them, it'll indicate where the electricity is arcing, and hence what needs replacing.
