michael
Jazz, diet and exercise can't change genetics, if you are as small-framed as your posts in the past have suggested go for the Bruce Lee look, you can't build huge muscle mass if there isn't anything to fasten it to

colsoop
I had a six pack when i was having physio after my accident, this was due to losing 2 stone while in hopsital. I had an 8% bodyfat (5ft 6 and 9 stone). It isn't healthy Jazz and is really hard to maintain plus to have that level of bodyfat means you will be at your weakest and i know you like to lift weights

michael
well thats wrong you can alter genetics but i dont tend to go down that route, its too dangerous, ie growth hormones steroids *sigh* You can get some corpses and sellotape their muscle onto yourself too but it's not exactly a normal route to take Why don't you go back in time, splice your parents DNA with some from your favourite "hunk" and then start again? Or make the most of what you have available.

That would normally equate to someone with an athletic build. Anything under 10% and you are heading into the very lean stage (extreme athlete). Bodybuilders only enter this stage when they are cutting for a competition or are cutting prior to another bulk. Anything under 15% is good. Most mags say that you should be under 25% but that is purely for health issues. If you want to be healthy AND look good, you wanna be under 15%

Stonkin
Its great Jazz, fully fully recommend it. I generally use the dorian yates pro mass, tastes lovely, but this is a much better one. I dont always buy it as its rarely on special at my GNC, but is at the mo. U cannto mix 4 scoops in virtually 1 pint of milk though, it will either be like treacle and just wont mix in the shakers, even with a blender. I do 2 -3 scoops, 1 in the morning with breakfast and another when i get home from the gym
Chewie
I run 10Ks, half marathons and full marathons. So a 6 pack is an occupational hazard. I don't do sit-ups/crunches due to a lower back injury. But when I get flu or can't train, it's amazing how quickly you lose it. Literally within a week that washboard look can disappear under a layer of lard.

You should mix approx 30g of glucose powder into your post-workout shake. This will help get the protein to where it is needed quicker.
